By accessing the acs27 platform (https://acs27.cam) or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms and conditions described below. You must be at least 21 years old and participating in online gaming must be lawful for you under applicable local laws.

acs27 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

  • "Platform" — The acs27 website (https://acs27.cam) and all services, games, and features included within it.
  • "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on the acs27 platform.
  • "Account" — A personal profile created through registration on the platform.
  • "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as a promotional offer that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
  • "Real Money" — The user's own funds, held separately from any bonus funds.
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.
  • "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
  • "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), used as the time reference for all activities on the acs27 platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on the acs27 platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above. Valid identification may be requested at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity document, both accounts will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. If false or incorrect information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out on your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

The acs27 platform may conduct identity verification at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

  • A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
  • A utility bill or bank statement as proof of current address
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method
  • A selfie or photograph

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Login and Inactivity

If an account has no transactions or game sessions for 90 consecutive days, it will be marked as "inactive". Any bonus funds in an inactive account may expire. Real money balances will remain intact.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on the acs27 platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all methods.

  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
  • Deposits made through or in the name of a third party will not be accepted.
  • acs27 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, charges from the payment provider may apply.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected irregular activity.
  • If an active bonus rollover is in progress at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal may not be available.
Warning: If any indication of money laundering or other illegal financial activity is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The current welcome bonus offer at acs27 is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x rollover must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 150% bonus, ৳1,500 in bonus funds will be added. Before withdrawing the bonus from the total ৳2,500, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers can be received once only, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another player.
  • If a withdrawal is attempted before the rollover is fulfilled, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
  • Before participating in any bonus, its specific terms and conditions should be read carefully.
  • acs27 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The acs27 VIP program has four tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity:

  • Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
  • Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP benefits depend on individual activity and may change without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the acs27 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly verified through third-party testing.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits. When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet amount will be stated in the applicable terms.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game outcome is affected by any technical error, disconnection, or server issue, acs27 reserves the right to refund the applicable wager amount or restart the game. The policy that "payouts resulting from a technical error are void" applies to all games.

6.4 Game Providers

The acs27 platform uses software from various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. The terms and conditions of these providers may also apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acs27 platform:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Strategic betting with the intent to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
  • Account hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Attempting to interfere with or modify the platform's software.
  • Engaging in harmful activity against other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Operating games using bots, scripts, or automation software.
  • Colluding with another player in any game.
Consequences: If participation in any of the above activities is proven, the account may be closed immediately, all funds forfeited, and the relevant law enforcement authorities notified.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Account Closure by acs27

acs27 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Providing false information.
  • Non-cooperation with KYC verification.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected] or contacting us via live chat. All verified real money balances will be withdrawable before closure.

12 Dispute Resolution
